  • Founded as the Department of Information Processing in 1982, the program changed its name to Computer Science and Engineering in 2002. Twelve full-time professors and nearly 490 students are doing their utmost in research and academics. With more than 4,000 graduates actively working in the IT industry, students have bright career prospects, especially in this information era.

  • Thanks to a recent rise in IT job openings in computer security, software, and mobile computing markets, such as smartphones and smartpads, cloud computing, and web and application development, our graduate employment rate hovered around 74.7% in 2012. While many of our graduates have become CEOs of mid-sized companies, new graduates are entering the job market with a view to becoming world-renowned IT software specialists.
